Earlier in his career he built his foundation at Personal Capital (now Empower) and Facet, two firms at the forefront of the fintech evolution in wealth management. That gives him something rare, a blend of traditional advisory expertise and a modern, technology-forward approach to serving clients.
Through all of it, one thing has stayed constant. T is driven by relationships, and by helping individuals and families navigate their financial lives with clarity and confidence. That focus is what drew him to Bester.
